3. The Pharm Table, 2022: I was contacted by Distillate Don on Instagram in late 2022. He expressed interest in my page and asked if I would be a guest on his podcast. I excitedly replied, “YES!”, and we scheduled it for the following week. It took a few weeks for the episode to air, and it was a great success when it did. Everybody was thrilled for the opportunity I received, and I was getting much needed exposure in the industry. But the following day, I received a a call from Brianna Oxhandler of High 5 Edibles. “You fucking traitor! You piece of SHIT!” Brianna shouted. “So now you’re on Daddy Donnie’s dick too? Did he just use you and give you a bunch of his trash products so that you won’t talk shit about him? Don’t ever talk to me again you piece of shit. I hate you. FUCK YOU!” And immediately the call was disconnected. Several angry text messages followed, and eventually I was able to block Brianna and Seth entirely. As you can see, she has not recovered. 4. Exploitation of minor children: back in July, Brianna thought it would be a clever marketing strategy to show her minor daughter producing cannabis products in real time, in her kitchen. To make matters worse, she sexualized her own daughter by showing cleavage bulging through cannabis merchandise along with her bare midriff exposed throughout the video, (as if it had anything to do with chocolate, or cannabis).  An employee told me when confronted, Brianna lied to CCD and told them “she was just a model”. Brianna has since been found guilty by the state of New Mexico and been issued a fine of $2500.

5. Theft of Intellectual Property: I think its pretty obvious to everyone by now…but in case you haven’t seen them, the High 5 peanut butter cups are a direct plagiarized version of Hershey’s Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. I happen to know the designer of these and that person was extremely reluctant to design such a blatant rip off, but hey, he got his money. Not only is she stealing IP…do these packages not directly appeal to children?? Judge for yourself. (See Receipts)

6. NIGHTMARE Home Visit: when Brianna first meets you, she will invite you to her home. She invites you in a very uncomfortable and suspicious way… almost like she’s “luring” you. (Promising free products, demanding that you “come take a dab”, etc). Interestingly, one of the first things she shows everyone on the “grand tour” of her home is her custom built, SEVERAL PERSON shower in her bathroom. She and Seth show this with great pride- and give one of the most uncomfortable vibes you could possibly imagine. I know several couples who have expressed extreme discomfort, with the exact same experience. Are these people swingers also? It’s no coincidence that she’s constantly making sex lube, gummy penises, and posting vile sexual innuendo on her social media ALL DAY LONG. To each his own- I don’t judge anyone, but I can tell you from personal experience… This was one of the most uncomfortable days of my life. I would not return to this house for $1 million. 

After being court ordered to cease her obnoxious and illegal behavior toward Pharmers Concentrates, Brianna has decided to find a new target: The NM CannaCritic. 

So is this my attempt to sabotage her business? No. Am I telling you not to eat her products? No. But I am telling you the truth. If you have any integrity whatsoever, you will make the right decision on your own. Seth has been witnessed brandishing firearms at several people in the parking lots of cannabis events, as he allegedly threatened to “run over” several Pharmers employees with his car. Now, they are on a mission to destroy MY business.

7. Cookies Grand Opening: November 18th, one of the biggest events in NM Cannabis history had finally arrived- The Cookies Grand Opening was a success with a record breaking turnout of approximately 4,000 people. Full Disclosure: I was never present during The Cookies Grand Opening. Briana was however, as she was somehow able to strong-arm her way into getting her products on their shelves. But don’t expect it to last long. She happily posed for news outlets and newspaper photographs while publicly consuming cannabis and behaving like a complete fool. Something many forgot to realize: amidst those 4000 people, do you want to take a guess how many CCD investigators were present?? Perhaps not even in their official capacity. Regardless, Brianna’s reckless, irresponsible behavior was captured for the world to see. It was posted in the Albuquerque Journal, along with her name and company, [WHICH SHE PROVIDED], and several news outlets throughout New Mexico. So, it was no surprise when CCD sent an email to everyone the following week reminding them how to conduct themselves in public, along with various other rules and regulations everyone tends to break. To my surprise, I woke up to a psychotic post by Brianna Oxhandler blaming ME for the CCD notice. Yes, me! Now she has made it her mission to rile everyone up against me and label me a “troll”. Please just look at the photo and judge for yourself. 

Brianna has made so many false reports to Instagram about me, about Pharmers, about Oasis, and every other person she deems a “threat”- they have actually banned her from making additional reports. I guess even Instagram only lets you “cry wolf” so many times. She has had several pages suspended, banned, and flagged. Brianna sends email blasts to the entire industry across the state every time she gets mad (daily) defaming yet another business. This woman has NOTHING but time on her hands… the devil makes work of idle hands indeed.

So luckily for me, Brianna has already burned 99% of the bridges in New Mexico. But I truly hope the rest of you open your eyes very soon because it will not end well. It NEVER does. You have my word.

Miss Oxhandler earned Cookies a RECORD FINE OF JUST UNDER $400,000 for her ratchet behavior! CONGRATULATIONS!!!
