STASH HOUSE DECEPTION: PACKWOODS

After months and months of speculation and suspicion… “C.M.F. Productions” was finally busted on multiple violations by the New Mexico Cannabis Control Divison (CCD) in April of 2023. Within months, the company serendipitously separated themselves from that LLC, and began doing business as “Stash House Distribution”, a national organization. After the violations, the suspicion among the industry continued to grow: there were rumors of out-of-state cannabis being purchased, along with other egregious violations.

The rumors were supported by the shady business practices of Stash House. The products were inconsistent, they were mislabeled, they had other state logos on them, and they were completely out of compliance for quite some time. Some of the products, specifically the PacksPod vape devices, were a huge concern amongst the community. I took the liberty of conducting independent testing on the device to ensure the safety of its contents, and it passed… Surprisingly. The interesting thing is- every single 2g device tasted different than the supposed “matching” 1g Mini Packs device. Same flavor, same label, same device concept, completely different flavor. When I contacted Stash House about this I was told “we use different Terps in those”. 

If you notice, the packaging for Mini Packs has stickers on each that indicate the presence of “live resin” terpenes. As a vape connoisseur, I can tell you without a doubt, these devices do not have live resin terpenes in them. I confirmed this today by purchasing a new batch of Mini Packs devices which all have new stickers with NEW, different live resin terpenes listed, yet the products taste identical to their predecessors. Live resin does NOT taste like sweet candy. The Packwoods devices from Stash House however, DO. 

For one, the terps are mixed and used in extreme quantities that cause burning and redness in the throat. Whitney Salas, the general manager allegedly demanded extractors use up to THREE TIMES the normal amount of terpenes. As you can see, none of the terpenes seen in the lab are “live”. There are, however, a huge quantity of flavors that are mixed together, which is concerning in itself… But some don’t even have any color.

It didn’t take long for an employee of Stash House to reach out to me on a condition of anonymity to explain, in detail exactly why these inconsistencies exist. Then, 3 days later ANOTHER staff member unknowingly corroborated the entire story. So here is what’s alleged:

1. When Stash House was caught with ‘bad’ oil, they were forced to destroy it- however, rather than destroy the entire devices… The company chose to melt the contents out of each vape pod, and proceeded to refill them with new distillate. (Assuming this was done just to save $1?) See the photos. 
2. There is a batch of (2g) PacksPods, all allegedly produced in the month of March, 2023. These products all taste absolutely horrific. Today…there is a batch floating around of the same devices with production dates of August 2023, and the flavors are fantastic. 
3. Hundreds of devices were drained and reused in a vile, unsanitary manner- (see the photos).

According to Stash House staff, even the Packwoods infused joints are made with moldy flower that isn’t fit for consumption. I personally can attest to a very foul taste, but due to the outrageous price point of these particular products, I have not purchased one. This is criminal behavior if it’s indeed true. Photos don’t usually lie. 

Today, a brand new batch of Mini Packs arrived at the dispensary- so I purchased two of them. BOTH DEVICES CAME OUT OF THE PACKAGES EMPTY. (See Photos) I provided time stamped photos with a receipt to the retailer to PROVE there was no way I could’ve used the product, and to my surprise his response was “that’s what we expect. It happens from them all the time.” Then when I spoke with my Stash House source, I was told “they do that on purpose. It’s a normal practice at Stash House.”

When you started your employment at Stash House, you reached out to me personally, to assure me that you were “going to turn everything around, and make Stash House an example for everyone… and most importantly destroy the negative stigma.” Well, YOU DIDN’T. In fact, it appears you have made it worse with the help of your CFO, Shane Finn.

You know what you’re doing, and I know what you’re doing. We both know why you want to sue me so badly…but you can’t. Invest your hostile energy into your company rather than attacking a critic, who speaks FACTS with receipts to back them up.
