Does anyone have any idea what this company actually is? Does anyone know who the owner is? Does anyone know what the owner stands for? Well, let’s talk about it…
Priscotty is a cannabis delivery service based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, that was created in 2022 by Scott Prisco. If that name sounds familiar to you, it’s most likely the result of him owning multiple “businesses” across multiple states, with the same name but a different service in each.
In Arizona, Priscotty is occasionally identified as a “technology” company. In New Mexico, Priscotty is a “cannabis delivery service”… but not just ANY cannabis delivery service. On the surface, he is “working together with every local retailer to deliver their products free of charge in a timely manner to all consumers”. In reality… he is attempting to go behind the backs of EVERY one of his business partners and associates by creating his own “direct-to-consumer” service for delivery- thereby slapping EVERY retailer in the face and attempting to put them out of business. Scott often fantasizes about being referred to as “the DoorDash of cannabis”. The business model he is attempting to quietly create is illegal and immoral. Among other alleged illegal acts, he currently accepts cash for deliveries at the consumers request. THIS IS 100% AGAINST THE LAW: ACCORDING TO THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO’S REGULATION AND LICENSING DEPARTMENT. Priscotty, repeatedly posts “employment” ads in the midst of one of the WORST economies of recent history… asking for FREE LABOR. He enjoys playing semantics by using terms like “internship”, but the bottom line is: That “internship” would normally pay a salary between $60,000 and $80,000 a year. Perhaps one less trip to NYC would contribute drastically to paying your staff a living wage.
Scott has attempted to use me as a tool for free marketing and advertising. When I declined to work with him and expressed my discontent with his service, Mr. Prisco proceeded to contact me 20 times in ONE NIGHT via text messages and phone calls. He brags on his social media about his repeat leisure trips to New York City… posting photographs with his feet propped up on a table enjoying the beautiful weather in the middle of a business day, while his “empire” slowly crumbles in New Mexico. As a result of me bringing these matters to the public’s attention, Scott Prisco has resorted to several pathetic attempts at intimidation, continuous threats to pursue legal action and accusations that I am in fact dishonest, not him. If you’ll notice, today, he is piggybacking off of multiple brands: He manipulates companies to have his name added to their merchandise in an attempt to make the public think he is a partner… when in fact, he is just a loser. He has inserted himself into MY giveaways previously, and as of today he claims he’s going to start doing his own JUST LIKE I DO. What do giveaways have to do with running a courier service? Is there anything this guy won’t steal from anybody else? GUARD ALL OF YOUR BUSINESS MODELS AND YOUR MARKETING TOOLS WHEN SCOTT PRISCO IS AROUND!
As a courtesy to all of my New Mexico industry friends and colleagues: I’m warning you about this guy… AGAIN. Run your businesses however you choose: But don’t ever say you haven’t been warned about Scott Prisco.
And as usual, I will await my inevitable legal threat against the First Amendment of the Unites States Constitution from Priscotty…
